Clarinetist Sean Osborn leads an uplifting program featuring composer Thomas Albert’s piece “13 ways” inspired by the Wallace Stevens Poem “13 Ways of Looking at a Blackbird.” Avian artwork by Tacoma artist Mark Hoppmann will line the walls as musicians play other pieces inspired by the airborne creatures.

Original choreography by James Canfield and Betsy Cooper will be unveiled. Feel the earthy beat of the Rock music, and how it harmonizes with the classics, and experience the thrill of live modern dance, right in front of your nose.
